  • Walk at your pace. Chat, listen, or simply breathe.
  • Coffee is optional. Stay after if you feel like it.

  • Hat for sunny mornings
  • Jumper for cooler winter months
  • If you feel nervous, you are not alone. We are friendly and we will make it easy.
